Social Security Administration
You can use the automated telephone services to get recorded information and to conduct your Social Security business 24 hours a day. If you cannot handle your business through the automated services, you can speak to a Social Security representative between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday through Friday. Generally, you’ll have a shorter wait time if you call during the week after Tuesday.

Georgia Non-Emergency Medicaid Transportation
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation is provided to Georgia Medicaid Members who require Medicaid healthcare services and have no other means of transportation. Southeastrans arranges transportation for all Georgia Medicaid Members who live in the North and Atlanta Regions. It is best to call 3 to 4 business days before you’re in need of transport.
