Accessing Care After Hours

Current patients only: Please make every effort to see us during clinic hours. However, if you need to reach us for an urgent medical concern after we are closed, you may call 678-843-8600 and the provider on-call will return your phone call.


Medical Services


Clinic is open to the community and residents of the City of Refuge.

Primary Care services for adults and children include:
  • Allergy
  • Abdominal (stomach) pain
  • Asthma maintenance
  • Blood in stool
  • Blood pressure checks
  • Diabetes maintenance
  • Ear infection
  • Electrocardiogram
  • High blood pressure/cholesterol
  • HIV primary & dental care At Ryan White Early Intervention Clinic
  • HIV testing and counseling services
  • Joint & limb strains,  sprains
  • Numbness in arms or legs
  • Pelvic pain, chronic (ongoing)
  • Routine physical for school, camp or sports team
  • Skin moles that have changed
  • Sleep problems
  • Sores that won’t heal
  • TB testing
  • Urinary tract infections
  • Vaccination/ Immunization (for children)
  • Vaginal yeast infection/ abnormal discharge
  • Well-baby and well-child care

Note: "Not One More Life" Pulmonology Clinic offered two Saturdays a month.

HIV Early Intervention Clinic offered every Thursday.
